Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Quantfort Gateway website, billing portal and the Quantfort Command Centre trading application (the "Service"), provided by Quantfort Gateway.

1. The Service

The Service automates the execution of pre-defined, rule-based options strategies in the broker account you connect. It is a software tool. It does not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, or any assurance of returns.

2. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your broker account, the capital and margin in it, and every order placed in it.
• You choose which strategies run live and at what size, and can pause them at any time.
• You keep your login credentials and two-factor device secure.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Razorpay. A trial, where offered, runs in paper mode; your first charge happens automatically when it ends unless you cancel first. See the Cancellation & Refunds policy.

4. Availability

We work to keep the Service available during market hours but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Broker, exchange, network or data-feed outages can prevent or delay orders.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, or indirect losses arising from use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email.
