Cancellation & refunds

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. If you cancel during a trial, you are not charged.

Refunds

Subscription fees are for access to software for a period and are generally non-refundable once that period has started. The small authorisation amount taken when setting up a card or UPI mandate is refunded automatically by Razorpay. For billing errors or duplicate charges, contact within 7 days and we will refund the erroneous amount to the original payment method.

Failed payments

If a renewal fails, Razorpay retries automatically. If payment cannot be collected, new strategy entries stop after your paid period; open positions continue to be managed to their normal exit.
